Work hard to start a new chapter and start a new journey with "resumption". On the morning of February 14, Tianchuang New Material held a special meeting on the safety of resuming work and production in 2025 and organized safety training for team leaders of the industrial park, calling on all cadres and employees to return to their posts. The meeting was chaired by Li Xiaoqiang, director of the safety and environmental protection department of Tianchuang New Material. The middle and senior management of each enterprise in the industrial park and Tianchuang safety management personnel actively participated in the meeting, focusing on the safety of resuming work and production, and laying a solid foundation for the development of the new year.

At the beginning of the meeting, all participants took a solemn safety oath, which conveyed the firm determination of "my family hopes I am safe, and I am responsible for my family", and made the concept of "safety always comes first" deeply imprinted in everyone's mind.

Then,Mr.Li, the director of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department conducted safety training. He deeply analyzed the symptoms of returning to work after the Spring Festival, such as mood swings, lack of concentration, fatigue and sleepiness, and shared coping methods such as adjusting work and rest, proper diet, and self-psychological suggestion. Regarding the post-holiday recovery, Director Li introduced the "Five Methods for Recovering After the Holidays", from setting an example and strengthening responsibilities to pragmatic planning, case warnings, and using tools to improve safety awareness, to help employees return to work.

This training sounded the alarm for safety and laid the foundation for the safety work of resuming work and production. After the training, the workshop directors and managers were organized to hold a "Safety and Environmental Protection Meeting for Resuming Work and Production". At the meeting, the director made a comprehensive deployment and summary of the safety and environmental protection work during the resumption of work and production.

The director emphasized that safety and environmental protection are the lifeline of the park's development, and all enterprises in the park must attach great importance to it. In order to ensure the safe, orderly and efficient resumption of work and production, The director put forward the "three ones" work requirements: all enterprises in the park need to organize a training session to help employees quickly get rid of the "post-holiday syndrome" and switch from "holiday mode" to "work mode"; hold a special meeting on resumption of work and production to discuss in depth the key points of safety and environmental protection in the process of resumption of production; carry out a comprehensive safety inspection to comprehensively investigate various safety hazards and build a solid safety line for production activities.

This special meeting strengthened the main responsibility for production safety, improved everyone's awareness of production safety, and promoted enterprises to grasp safety, progress, quality, and development with the enterprising attitude of "starting the year as a sprint", and strive to win a "good start" in resuming work and production. Tianchuang New Material will take this meeting as an opportunity to further strengthen the safety awareness of all employees, implement the safety production policy, strengthen safety production responsibilities, strictly prevent various production safety accidents during the resumption of work and production, and lay a solid foundation for the stability of safety production work in 2025.
